Return/Exchange Policy

Live Learn Heal LLC. will allow items to be returned or exchanged within 30 days if the items are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free from damages by the customer. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 30 days.

Customers that would like to return or exchange an item are required to send detailed photos of the item to info@livelearnheal.net as well as a description and/or reason for returning, before a refund or replacement item is sent to the customer. 

Access to digital products, online course, e-books, webinars, masterclasses etc. are non-refundable.  No Exceptions. 

For digital productions and monthly subscriptions, you may cancel you subscription at any time, free of charge. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to any details, documents, membership groups or any other services owned by Live Learn Heal LLC. 

How to return/exchange an item

Step 1: Take bright, detailed photos of the item. 

Step 2: Send us an email with a description and reason for returning with the photos attached. Send the email to info@livelearnheal.net

Step 3: We will respond to your email within 2-3 business days. In the event that your item can not be returned or exchanged, frequent customers may recieve store credit at our discretion.
